Top Law Schools

I'm planning to apply for 2011. Graduated in 2009 with a 3.4 from a USNWR top-20 undergrad (majored in Economics and Political Science) and made a 161 on the LSAT earlier this month (just got my score today). Planning to retake in June, as I think I could realistically get my score up to the high 160s (I was averaging 165 on my practice tests, didn't have much time to prep, and was having to move the same weekend, so I was under a fair amount of stress). I imagine my softs are pretty average (worked part-time all four years of undergrad, had a pretty difficult-to-obtain internship one summer, active involvement in three student groups w/ leadership positions in two of them). Started working full-time last month in a pretty standard office job.

Trying to come up with a list of schools to apply to. A few reaches, some targets, a safety or two. You guys know the drill. Thoughts on both my current scores and with the possible LSAT bump. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

What region of the country do you want to be in after graduation?

Aim for a schools in the 40-60 range. Maybe an instate school to save money.

I'm from Georgia. Want to stay on the East Coast. Ideally more mid-Atlantic or northeast than the south.
