Chicago-Kent Open House

I was impressed. Dug the school. Any other thoughts?

Agreed. I was highly impressed by their modern facilities. Also, I thought the teachers for the mini classes were very interesting.

Did you go to legal writing second? Cuz if you did, our TLS paths crossed...haha...weird. I did copyright and property as well. Very interesting stuff. Made me very excited to get started.

I wasn't at the open house, but I did go on a tour. I was very impressed. Its a beautiful building and has an overall 'high-tech' feel.

What do you all think of the Kent vs DePaul match? Which would you choose and why?

I was accepted to DePaul with 15K scholarship contingent on a 3.2

Haven't heard from Kent yet, but I expect to be accepted (don't think I'll get any scholarship money tho)

I know Kent is ranked higher than DePaul, but some people on here have been saying that DePaul has a better alumni network in Chicago


I would have a hard time deciding between the two, especially since my friend knows this cute girl who goes to DePaul that I think I'd like to meet :twisted:

That's so funny. I did go to legal writing second. I just hope the school is as awesome as they made it seem at the open house. I think I need to visit on a regular day just to be sure...
