What's the cheapest hotel near campus? I'm probably coming in Wednesday night from LA, and they all seem a bit pricey for a Midwestern college town (originally from Madison here)

There's a $200 travel stipend for those who live 150+ miles away available. There's also an offer to house you with a current student.

I'm going to the Featured Friday next week on the 16th. Excited!

$200 doesn't go very far if you're currently 800 miles away

They don't have an additional airfare coverage?

Otherwise, I would still have to shell out $200 myself....

What is with all the ASWs after deposits are due? It would make more sense if they were the weekend before, but I suppose that's one more way to squeeze money out of you.

If NYU can be covered with 1 cc, I might have to make an appearance. Or not. I am rather poor at the moment.

You might add "Mondays at Columbia." They are ASDs on Feb 16 and April 20.

Does anyone know what the schedule is like for Penn's ASW on March 27-28? I ask because I am contemplating trying to do UVA's ASW on March 26 - 27 and going to Penn's on the 27 - 28. If Penn really doesn't have anything planned until later in the day on the 27 then it may just work out.

Does anyone know any further information on George Mason's admitted student days on March 21-22? All that I got was a postcard with the dates and some very vague ideas of what will be going on.

As I will probably only be able to make it for the Saturday date, I was wondering -- for most schools, when they have a Saturday & Sunday listed together like that, are they planning out a bunch of different events for both days, or is the Sunday often a repeat of much of what is covered on Saturday?

I had this same exact same question. I actually just booked my return flight to Utah for 230 on Sunday so it should work out great.

I emailed Dean Z., about this before buying a ticket. She said to save receipts, and that we'll get a form at Preview to fill out. We'll send it in, and be reimbursed 4-6 weeks later. My letter said we'd be reimbursed up to $500.
