In via email this morning!!! I was placed on PR in late March after PT, and then I sent in a LOCI and a Why Duke essay. Later followed up around their deposit deadline with a short message saying I am still interested.

Hey! The scholarship app is on the admitted students site, definitely fill it out. I was in off PR and caught some $, heard the same from others.
