The language on their site indicates that once you go "Complete and Under Review", it doesn't change. I've been that way since 10/15.

Based on the last couple of years, I'm hoping for a phone call next week.

Anyway, yes. I apllied mid Nov. I am complete and underreview since then.

My Cardozo notice told me that they do not start reviewing until January and they promised me a decsision on or before 1/17.

People on here have talked a bit about negotiating scholarship amounts, if you have more competitive offers from other schools. Brooklyn gave me 30 to Cardozo's 25(and Brooklyn is 2 years and Cardozo's 3 so even with dorming it's cheaper) so I'm going to try and see If I can get them to at least match the 30. Once I have all my offers I'm going to make a thread asking for advice for negotiating scholarships.

is dorming cheaper since they are going to charge you to stay during the summer? I thought the totals cane out roughly the same
