The area around the campus isn't the most attractive I'll admit. However, the heart of DTLA - LA Live - is a few blocks away from the Loyola Law campus. The actual campus itself is interesting looking, definitely not what you'd 'typically' expect from a law school campus. I like it, but I can see how it could be off-putting to some who might be expecting a more traditional looking school.

I applied mid-November and received the status checker link with the confirmation email the day after I submitted. Maybe check the spam folder?

I've also heard absolutely nothing! My application is LSAC completed but I neve received any email correspondence from them.

Based on charts made of previous year's admission cycle, it seems as though schools are more than less quiet end of December and more active from January on. I think for RD, no news is considerably good news and there's no need to worry (:

I applied as ED and haven't heard anything so that has chipped away at my hope a bit.

I checked the status checker a few days ago and it said my scholarship info's been mailed. I kind of live near the school so I didn't think I'd have to wait very long for it to arrive. Hopefully tomorrow!

Just got "decision rendered and is being mailed". Do I really have to wait for snail mail, or will they send an email later?
