I dunno, I'm not optimistic honestly, but I'll not stress too much about it! We'll see... NYU was one of my biggest target but I know it's hard...

I'm thinking it means there will be a large wave of waitlists for us.

It was probably someone just now updating their LSN. I think people would be freaking out on here and there would be lots of people on LSN if there was a wave.

My LSAT is 5 points but still a long shot. If Inget a WL or admitted it will be entirely because of softs.

Also similar stats, no email. Not sure there is a pattern though. That’s around the median for NYU

Well that definitely tells us that the e-mail is not necessarily a bad sign / WL indicator unless NYU does some kind of YP that I'm not aware of...

Is it a bad sign if I have been UR1 since 11/20? 3.99 GPA, 169 LSAT. I also did not get the email.

So I know that there's UR1 and sometimes UR2... But what about "Processing 2?" Submitted 12/22, went to "Application being processed" on 12/26... And then I'm still processing, but now the date is 1/5. Is this a thing? Probably just a weird quirk of applying during the holidays?

At least SOMETHING is happening though!

Did anyone notice that that NYU reduces your scholarship by 50% if you earn above 15k your 2L summer? That...seems kind of shitty. Am I misreading? Because it seems like that would impact a lot of Summer Associates.

I think it's 'mid-January'? You can add them to your FAFSA whenever of course. Praying there is no CSS because so far have boycotted that.
