Wouldn't staying at UR1 longer just mean that the first reviewer is taking longer to look at your app before passing it along? That doesn't strike me as either a positive or a negative sign.

For those keeping track at home we have 12 total admits so far, 2 unknown UCR2, 7 on 11/30 and 3 from 12/5!
