I think that's right but there's also a lot in your hands with the SLS wait list, from what I've read. They're really dedicated to doing a "fresh review" of your application and strongly encourage you to send in supplemental materials.

I'm just going to do amazing in law school & come back to California after law school & steal all the jobs from the Stanford/Berkeley kids!
