Edit: arrived today! Very nice hand written letter from the dean on my acceptance letter I felt the love

Accepted 11/13, but no letter has arrived. Is this just snail-mail problems or does that mean I wasn't awarded money?

Mine came a few days later than everyone was saying. It could be distance or the holiday season. I wouldn't worry about it! Congrats!

Still waiting over here - below 25 on GPA and at the 25 on LSAT. 10 years active duty.

I'm in a similar boat. Around 25th in both. URM (twice). Army Vet. We will see. I'd love to stay in my home state.

Hey! So, a lot of people have gotten a quick turnaround on their apps--like, two weeks or less fast. I went complete 11/7 and submitted an additional rec. letter 11/12, should I be expecting to hear back soon? Is it strange that I have yet to hear? For reference, I'm at their median on LSAT and GPA, so it's not like I'm a toss-up as far as admissions go. Thanks!

It's not weird that you haven't heard, some applicants take longer to review, also, we don't know what their schedule was like over the holiday. That probably slows a lot of schools down around this time each year.

I got my admissions packet about 2 weeks ago with my scholarship information and a nice handwritten note from Dean Shealy! Now I've been getting bombarded in the past 24 hours. Email from a current 2L wanting to connect, email from a program director, and just now a phone call (they left a voicemail because I was in class) from who I assume is an admissions office offering congratulations. I'm feeling the love from Williamsburg!

Same, they really make one feel wanted (especially when one hasn't heard back from anyone else). I have yet to get my packet though and it was accepted on November 13.

Checking in! Admitted in October, less than a week turnaround time. Visited the campus recently, and I was really impressed! They definitely make you feel welcome.

I know it's super early, but does anyone know how much they are willing to negotiate scholarships based on previous years? I checked past years' threads, and most people understandably only offered to PM specifics.

Update: scheduled myself a tour/meeting with Dean Shealy. Sent a thank you email and got a response from her that they're excited with my interest. I think this might actually be burning a hole in my stomach now ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Submitted last Friday, but have not yet heard back. Looking at LSN it looks like maybe the end of this week I might get a decision.

Forgot to update: Switched to regular decision and accepted 11/22 (ish. I was on vacation and it came through the mail). Received a scholarship offer with the mail packet.

In today via email! Is there any way to see if you got a scholarship award on the admitted students website? I'm stuck at work all day and don't know if my mail acceptance will be in today's mail or not.
