I just want to reiterate that if you do not like hash browns then please don't ever talk to me again (not to you walliums <3 just in general).
I'm only half kidding.
jk nah I'm serious, if you don't like hash browns then you're a monster

Now I really, really want hash browns, which is totally against my new year's resolution to eat healthy

Just weighed myself at the gym and I reached my goal weight of 150 down from 210. Been dieting for a year.
Potatoes sound great right now.

Wow, great work! I'm currently working my way down from 195. Got to 183-184ish before the Holidays and then went back up to 190 haha. Back down to 187 now. Trying to get to 180.dm1683 wrote:Just weighed myself at the gym and I reached my goal weight of 150 down from 210. Been dieting for a year.

I was at 160 or so when I graduated. Then real life took me to 170-175, then LSAT and apps took me to 185
been working back down to 180 (this week has been a speed bump), with the goal being a leaner 170, maybe 165.

Just count your calories and make a gym routine. No special diets or anything.mwells56 wrote:Wow, great work! I'm currently working my way down from 195. I have the classic story of high school athlete who develops horse-like eating habits and doesn't drop them in college when she's no longer working out daily... That plus alcohol and a busy schedule meant I gained 45 pounds over three years.

Yeah more/less same deal but less extreme. Was 175-180ish when I graduated high school. Happens to everyone.dm1683 wrote:Just count your calories and make a gym routine. Counting calories is such a key. I lost 90lbs in a year doing nothing but counting calories. Kept it around 2000 calories a day and the weight just fell off.dm1683 wrote:Just count your calories and make a gym routine. No special diets or anything.mwells56 wrote:Wow, great work! I've decided the best way to stop worrying/wondering re: my non-admits is to just focus on my short list as-is, and then if it grows in future, hey, bonus. I realize my short list isn't everyone's by any means, but thought this little spreadsheet might be helpful to some. An excellent use of company time I think.

Oh and btw the explanations of rankings were for my mum, so that's why it's an 'explain like I'm 5'.Bush v.
