It looks like I'll be putting down my seat deposit to hold my spot at Tech next week. I was hoping to hear something from A&M before I had to throw away $300, but it seems like it's taking them 2 months to let people know. I'm thinking I'll find out something at the end of this month. I completed my application on March 31st.

I honestly just think they're slow..... I'm above 75% for both GPA and LSAT and haven't heard anything. I did apply super late though.

YAY!!! See you there! Have you found a place to stay yet? I'm a bit nervous about the apartment that I applied for. The lady that I spoke with said that they won't know for sure what all is available until July 16th. That's cutting it a bit too close for my comfort.

I seriously want to know what would motivate anyone to go to this school. I'm not trying to be a dick. I just want to know if anyone in this thread even has a solid understanding of the situation they're putting themselves into.

does anyone know whether the 2nd deposit at A&M is binding? in other words, r u required to withdraw from all other schools after making the 2nd deposit, or else they can rescind the admission offer?
does the school know all other seat deposits?

I don't think it is binding. As far as I know you can still be shopping around.
