So on 11-6 I got the email saying my application was received, but then nothing else, no status checker or anything. I sent all of my apps in around the same time and am complete everywhere but here. has this happened to anyone else? I'm getting a little antsy that its taking them so long !

Same boat. I submitted on 11/4 and got my received email on 11/6, but no status checker email yet. However, per the tips in this thread I was able to retrieve my UT EID and log in. I don't see anything on that page though about my application. For those who got the official status check email, where on the "UT Direct - My Home" page do you see your application status?

Congrats. I have similar numbers, am also a Texan, and completed my application two days after you. Now I all I can hope for is the same outcome ^^ Where else have you applied to?

Seems like UT is one of the few law schools that has an instate quota to meet, wonder why that is?

Michigan has one too but it's less crazy (20%). 65 % is a huge quota and can seriously influence who they choose to admit.

Finally got the status check email this morning and now when I log in I do see my application status. I'm not sure if that makes today my "complete date" (for the sake of LSN)? Anywho, now I keep waiting... any consensus on how quickly EA decisions are coming once you get the status check email?

I've been complete since September 27 with no decision yet (Out-of-state).

I definitely lucked out! I'm out of state, 171 and 3.5. Thought I'd be WL for sure.

If they are calling people today, do you think they are also sending out rejection/deferred/waitlist emails? I haven't gotten a phone call yet and have pretty low numbers so I'm getting less and less hopeful. I've been complete for three weeks so I might be in the next wave of decisions but I'd love to know one way or another this week!

I don't think so. I think they split the list.

I got the call from Ingram and did not get a substantial amount of money.

Just got my scholarship information as well. They were super generous, which I'm pretty pumped about.

When did you apply? I applied nov 3/4 and didn't get mine until Nov.17th
