Got the email this morning notifying me that my application was put on hold from ED to RD for "for additional consideration during the regular decision process". Since I am an OOSer I am probably gonna draft up a quick LOCI in the next day or two and get it over to them by Monday. Has anyone else done this? Whats the best method? Mail, email or what?

I'm wondering if everyone has access to the "accepted students" link. I can't remember it being there, so I'm not certain if it was always accessible as just some general information, or is this a secret message?

Last year it looks like the first RD acceptance came out on 12/17, so hopefully we hear something by the end of next week.

How hard is it to establish Texas residency? Is it safe to assume that as an OUT of stater, I can start paying instate tuition my 2l year?

I think if you start out of state you finish out of state but I don't really know. Just research the policy and read the fine print. If you can't figure it out doing that then ask admissions.

Just got a call from an unknown Austin, TX number & freaked out! Turns out, it was a telemarketer. Needless to say they didn't get my most bright and shiny response...

My application is received but I was bumped from ED to RD. Which, not too surprising since I'm an extreme reverse splitter but I have lots of soft things going for me/literally only thing.
