DANG. Favorite uses for it?

1. I slice it up and toss in olive oil, sprinkle some salt and pepper on it and roast it every morning and serve with 4 or 5 eggs.
2. Mix it in with other greens for salads
3. Homemade 'slaw
4. wraps and cabbage rolls

A couple regional schools in my area (you can probably figure out which ones

). Also torn over Gtown, Berkeley, and a Yale Mary.
