I just retook the LSAT this June and got above NYU's 75 percentile. Is it helpful to get me off the WL? I'm not sure if they consider June scores.

I would email them if you got 172+ and let them know. I don't know if they are reviewing files, so you don't want them to miss out on your superb score. Congrats!

I went under review two weeks ago after receiving a feeler email and then was accepted exactly one week after receiving the feeler email/responding to it. Hope this helps.
