I had an aspx file that I couldn't see also. On a Mac with Safari (which I'm not used to). I tried IE then finally firefox and got it to open by converting to a pdf. It's so frustrating when I'm forced to confront my lack of technological competence.

I sent my app in early December, four months ago, and complete for 3 months now (since 1/16). Still Evaluation in Progress. Debating asking for a refund of my $75 fee since I have heard from every other school at this point and pretty much made my decision (plus for a lot of personal/family emergency reasons, $75 is a lot of $ right now), but I guess that's tacky.

They wouldn't give it to you anyway probably, as 90% of the work they do in the admissions process is already done if you're at "evaluation in progress." Sorry though

Although I am in a generally agitated mood, I am feeling quite exhausted by UCD's amazingly slow response time. The only other school I haven't heard from is probably sitting on my app knowing I'm not really who they want but leaving me as a last minute possibility (without actually telling me they're holding me). Which is fine. But F you UCD. I gave you 4 years of my life, and you are causing me to have negative feelings towards you.

Also, I'm at work late, annoyed after talking with some people I didn't really want to talk to and it's 6 and that's when you update... it's 6.12 and you haven't updated yet. clearly just to spite me. you even forced me to dig through the fridge and find a deliciously cold Milky Way bar. Now you're attacking my body image? most insensitive. law school. ever.

this made me laugh which momentarily interrupted my cursing at Davis for being so slow....and not updating their system

I went complete around mid Dec and submitted my application mid November. Given the fact that I have been "Evaluation in Progress" since early Feb... I knew something was fishy. <sigh>

Oh and AO187 I have the same question about the LOCI! I think I'm going to write a condensed version of a LOCI or a note of some sort... but I think we definitely need to send something in the mail.

Also I emailed with admissions today. She said file review was random... hope she ain't lyin' to me. That would explain why my file's been unchanged and "in eval" for over a month... no worries...
