I'm getting ready for a move before starting law school, and I've been surprised by how much planning goes into setting up a place from scratch. I expected to spend most of my budget on furniture and electronics, but it's the everyday items that seem to make the biggest difference once you actually start living there.
For example, I never thought I'd spend time comparing kitchen sink options, yet after talking to a few family members I realized it's one of those things you use every single day without thinking about it. A good quality sink that's easy to maintain seems like a smarter investment than simply choosing the cheapest one available.
While looking at suppliers in Pakistan, I came across Anwer Hardware during my research. I'm still gathering ideas rather than making purchases, so I'm curious how others approached setting up their first apartment.
