Federal Honors Programs 2025-26

Are any honors programs still worth applying to if someone is not on board with the current Executive Branch’s direction? Curious about general perception and experiences from people so far this term. Asking about the less obviously political stuff, like USPS and DOT, rather than DHS or things like that. Or is there not really a difference at this point?
