AUSA - legal pot use auto disqualifer?

Been practicing for several years now, and have tried edibles only after it was legalized in my state. I'm doing the background check for AUSA right now and have answered truthfully in the background check. Seemed like it might not be an auto ding anymore, but saw just now that the bar certification again specifically asks this question at the end.
Has anyone known of anyone who still got the job after answering truthfully about past pot use?
