Sort of. Not on the edge all the time but would rather get the result now.

Judging from previous year's threads, it seems like OCIJ is always a last mover....makes sense considering the number of positions

Anyone interview with BIA and have their references checked already?
One of my references was contacted on by the BIA on 11/10 to set up a phone call for this week. Not sure about my other references.

Just posting to see if anyone has had any updates from CIV-COMM or CIV-CONS. My references were checked for COMM the week after I interviewed (first week interviews were conducted). Nothing from CONS that I know of.

I ranked Boston, Philadelphia, NYC (Fed Plaza), LA (Van Nuys) and San Fransisco.

All of my refs were emailed 2 hours after my interview!

Interviewed with Civ-Comm. I also got my references checked but have not had any other type of movement.

CIV-COMM also checked my references that same week (after a first week interview). I haven't heard anything further, though they did tell one of my references that decisions were likely to come in mid-late November. My other interview was with ENRD, and I've heard nothing from them.
