Shit my BxD panel was a couple weeks ago. Didn't get reference email or offer. I'm hoping they're not done with offers

can anyone with a BxD offer read a crystal ball for me - had my panel interview end of november. received good feedback (i'm a former intern so I knew a few people on the panel). they have called all of my references as of last week. still silence. should i be hopeful?

If I had to take a guess I would say you are among the many that would get an offer if there were unlimited resources. That being said, it might come down to a coin flip if you get an offer or not. So I hope you have a few back up plans. If you are a student in the area I would try to stop by and do some baby kissing. I'm sure they will be making their final cuts for a another month or so. From my understanding, they already rejected some people. If you are not one of those people that is probably a good thing.
