I have a studio in Cambridge (30 min commute to downtown Boston) in a good building that I'm looking to sublet for the summer. I'll let it go for pretty cheap just to stop worrying about it.

Also looking for a place to stay in NYC with an easy commute to midtown.

Super clean, nice, modern comfortable. Available for June, July and part of August. Rent is $2100 per month. I have a furnished studio available in Morningside Heights available mid/late-May through Aug. 1ish. One of the newest buildings in the area and has a gym open to residents.
