Do we think it is possible that either (A) he is messing with us, (B) "Releasing Scholarship Info" on day X does not equal delivery of such info on day X?, or (C) by releasing that info, he means to another department

Just got the email - went to personal not Northwestern.

Got 0 - ah well! Didn't have any demonstrated need on FAFSA so can't complain too much I guess.
