Any thoughts about living in EV as a single person? The two bedroom efficiency seems pretty nice and is sooo much cheaper than Munger. I'd save about $8,000. I don't wanna be too isolated or woken up by the construction they'll be doing outside.

Also having this dilemma. Refuse to accept that Munger is worth that much more, but also every time I look at the floor plans/photos I have second thoughts.

I saw Munger during ASW...insane. But $8,000 more per year insane? Nah. Not when I'm signing a full-year lease and renewing it.

A partial refund is different than a full refund.

Does anybody know if the May 1 deadline is a postmark deadline or a real deadline? How are we to be sure that they receive the check and response form by May 1 since they don't have an online form?
