Res judicata 100% applies to the government using prior crim conviction to win a civil lawsuit. (see it in tax fraud all the time)

How do the experimental questions work? Are they the same for everyone? Are they different for different people? Is it possible that they use different variations of the same fact pattern for different groups of people? It seeems like people are remembering similar but slightly different questions(beyond just the obvious attempts to stay within TLS/MBE rules).

Honestly, look at all this f@%cking discussion over a single question regarding claim/issue preclusion. Where were all the jurisdiction questions? They weren't there. We got hosed on this mbe.

That shit was one of the main questions that had me raging. We're toeing the line of specificity here, so I'll just say some of the things they mentioned that the "uncle" had done and that the "brother" hadn't done in that question PISSED me off. That was made confusing just for the sake of being confusing, and it was one of the major ones where I was like I could write an essay on this shit, how am I supposed to box it into a multiple choice answer?
