People drop shit into the semester, particularly if a class is sitting at around 43 or so.ntop38 wrote:If a class is at 40, do not add it. Don't be the person that causes the class to become curved.

Agreed. Especially for 1Ls, I would recommend going to an extra few classes the first two weeks of class in January (even those you aren't enrolled in) to get a sense of whether you think you can get an A or not. I've found this to be really helpful.star fox wrote:People drop shit into the semester, particularly if a class is sitting at around 43 or so.ntop38 wrote:If a class is at 40, do not add it. So it looks like the only Secured Transactions class next spring is limited to LLMs. Is there an equivalent course that I'm just not seeing?

That's the hardest exam I've taken in my life so count your blessings that you can't take it.kenwash wrote:So it looks like the only Secured Transactions class next spring is limited to LLMs. Is there an equivalent course that I'm just not seeing?

Fall grades. When should we be on the lookout for them? Late January? Later?

2015: 1/16
2016: seems like 1/15
I'd expect something similar this year.

Do your best to try not to think about it too much for now. Still

Secured Transactions is rough. Markell teaches bankruptcy in the spring, might be similar. To be honest, I took secured transactions and wish I would've taken bankruptcy instead.Mullens wrote:That's the hardest exam I've taken in my life so count your blessings that you can't take it.kenwash wrote:So it looks like the only Secured Transactions class next spring is limited to LLMs. Is there an equivalent course that I'm just not seeing?

Has anyone taken "International Law: The Law of War" with Sawyer? If so, was it an easy class/is he an easy grader on the final paper? Also, any comments on "Crisis Litigation and the Court of Public Opinion" with Harlan Loeb, especially regarding the grading and the final paper?

Does Gandert (Negotiation) give out B+s? People make it seem like an A- is easy to obtain -- fair?

Uncurved Remdies with Lupo is possibly the best class the school Offers.daisrt wrote:Which is the easier/better class- Remedies with Lupo or Labor with Crystal?
