Are these receptions pretty much strictly suit-and-tie events? I'm going out for NYU's ASW and wasn't planning on bringing a suit but this Lambs Club place seems pretty fancy :shock:

i feel like your ruby should arrive soon

but seriously...the last pool was accepted almost a month ago and hasn't heard yet. our acceptance email said we'd hear "within a month"...does yours give you any indication?

They might have met their Ruby quota for now, and the new admits will need to wait for others to turn them down. I wouldn't be surprised if the bbkk and some others with her numbers got one much later.

Yea, they've given out over 20 rubies on TLS alone already and I met someoneone at Harvard's ASW who received the offer as well. The deadline to accept is April 15, so it's possible that they'll offer the scholarship to other applicants a few days after.

Someone on LSN who was accepted yesterday also got a Ruby yesterday (I PMed to confirm). They may have already distributed any Rubies they were going to give for our wave of admits (but I think others are right that they may give out more after the April 15 deadline passes) :(.
