Depending on whether there are stealth bowtie guys, one of them is justice guy.

To whoever tried to use "Oh, 2Ls are still in OCI" as a possible excuse for the number of bowties on campus ( >0 is always a problem), I present you OCS's official OCI/EIP dress code advice that they emailed out in August:
