Was able to switch mine to a top locker, wouldn't have thought to call them if you hadn't posted this, so thank you!

Also, does anyone have an idea of what our schedule is gonna be for Friday? Specifically, would it be a bad idea to make plans for Friday night? I'm thinking about gong to a show with some people but I don't know if we're expected to go to things at night for orientation. Probably a stupid question, but I've asked plenty of stupid questions so at this point it's just par for the course.

Also several of us are meeting up to have a picnic/drink in riverside park today. We're meeting at 116th and broadway at 3:30.

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I'm not too tech savvy. Do people typically share internet in one apartment? Or does everyone get their own router, their own set up, etc

I would be very surprised if there were people who wouldn't share a router. It doesn't make any sense for each person to have their own in one apartment.

I guess we can't depend on runthetrap this time. Does anyone familiar with the area have any ideas?

Edit: Planning something for Teusday or Wednesday might make more sense at this point.
People in the fb group are planning are planning something at a bar called 1020, so maybe we should just meet up with them there

I did, and the organizers recently sent out an e-mail telling those of us who responded to let them know if we changed our minds, because there's a long wait-list. It is probably still worth at least reaching out, though!

Man the Dodge fitness center is not that great. Anyone know a better gym close by?

Planet fitness on 125th/Adam Clayton Powell, which is inexpensive. If you don't mind going down to 92nd (and some expense), a number of students have Equinox memberships and can refer you to waive the initiation fee.
