Conservative Clerkship Hiring Timeline
If I'm a rising 2L and just sent out apps to FedSoc judges, am I cooked for 2028? I keep hearing the market has moved earlier, but what does that mean, exactly? I am open to clerking during a later term, so it isn't 2028-or-bust for me--was just curious. Thanks!
