Not COA but at the federal district level, Nichols is definitely up there.

Little confused why you say Lee. Bumatay, Duncan, and Rao are definitely hard right. I would add Ho, VanDyke, and Menashi to this list.

Lee is not the flashiest or most provocative like VanDyke, but he is very conservative. Check out some of his college writings. Or his Second Amendment opinions.
