What is the deal with clerks who are more than the usual 2/3 years removed from law school when they clerk? Why do they take longer to get the clerkship? And do you need like ALL As from a T14 to get one or will LR/magna do the trick? (assuming feeder judge and all that other jazz). Humor me please!
