Have you applied to judges who are alumni of Seattle? I know many judges favor students from their own schools. Also, are you limiting yourself to federal clerkships? Because I would think there are probably state judge alumni who might be interested. Finally, have you asked your CSO if they can give you a list of where people from Seattle have clerked in the past? Because again, you'll know that those judges at least don't refuse to hire Seattle grads.
