Has Heytens extended any interview offers, or does he wait until Thursday?

Any movement from Richardson? Does he ever hire top students from regionals (alum doing generic biglaw, but graduated tied number 1 in class from a school in the 4th circuit)?

Additionally, any CA4 judges that would seriously someone with those stats?

Judging by past years, we’re in the witching hour….has anyone received an interview invite for Heytens?

Since it's a federal holiday are they even working today? I think most of us assumed if they were going to send invites out it would've been yesterday but might be wrong

That’s fair, I forgot about the holiday. Still, given that interviews could potentially start on the 22nd, I feel like they’d have to send out invites either today or over the weekend. I guess we’ll see!

The posting is marked as expired on OSCAR. I assumed that meant they sent out invites already but maybe not?

Genuine question because I really just don't know, but what makes Heytens so desired beyond just being a COA judge? Is he known to be a good boss? Does he feed? I saw in another thread that he's considered a top liberal clerkship at the moment, curious why that is (if it's true)

He is a semi-feeder. Saw him speak at my law school — brilliant guy and interesting background being a state SG

he's one of very few Biden appointees with traditional feeder credentials and he's in the DC area, so he's very selective.
