Rate my professor has ratings for the law school. Some of them are more reviewed than others though.thelawyler wrote:Woo schedule's out!
Section 2 for everything, Section 4 for Lawyering.
Now gotta get dem books. Where do we go to check out prof ratings? I know we probably can't change, but I am just curious now.

I misread mine earlier for lawyering. I'm actually section 10 too.izy223 wrote:section 4 and 10 for lawyering im very excited.
Did you find this info by searching with your NYU ID and birthday on the bookstore website? If so, my books still aren't listedKillingly wrote:Looks like I'll be paying about $780 for books. Not bad.
You can also see professor course evaluations from the nyu homepage - student's tab - column on the left.
Try the compare prices tool. Mine didn't show up in the regular search. One of my classes still isn't up, but the rest were there.xlawschoolhopefulx wrote:Did you find this info by searching with your NYU ID and birthday on the bookstore website? I don't have an answer for #1 but I basically asked the same thing in the "ask an NYU 3L" forum (http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/v ... 6#p5802906) and the consensus seems to be that you're probably fine renting if you want to unless you highlight a lot. I'm probably renting...xlawschoolhopefulx wrote:Thanks! 2 quick questions for anyone who might know the answer.indigomachine wrote:Try the compare prices tool. 1) If a supplement (like an E&E or something along those lines) is "required" for a class, do you think it's ok to use an old edition? I have a few hand-me-downs that are an edition old, and I'm hoping to not have to pay for something I (basically) already have
2) What are people's thoughts about renting? Obviously it's much cheaper, but is it a good idea? or should I just spring for the used copy?
Subtle I have Arthur Miller trollingizy223 wrote:anyone in section four know what the softbound supplement is the Professor Miller wants us to buy for civil procedure-also where do i get it from?
