I have heard similar with one degree of separation between myself and HLR

Interesting, so if true, that would be the longest window HLR has given decisions over in the history of this TLS thread (seems like it's usually a two or three-day period; if HLR offers through Friday, that would be a four-day period.)

More calls def went out today but that's all I know. I doubt calls go out tomorrow but who knows, they are obviously doing it differntly this year

I figured it would start this week since orientation starts on the 25th.

I assumed Monday the 18th since usually BSA is a week before and the website says "the second half of July."

Totally - that's what I initially thought too, although reviewing the posts here it appears like the calls went out the second week of July (i.e., this week) in 2020 and 2021. So who knows.
