I want somebody to use profanity in one of the chat questions. Not like obvious but just make it seem like a slip up.... I hear the grocery situation in HP is pretty shitty...Is that true?

I would slightly disagree with the answer they gave. #2 and #6 are completely fine. Do not take #4, it is not very safe and very dirty. The green line CTA El is a NO NO.

Regents has a mini-grocery store. You'd probably still need to take public transport, though.

Good to know, thanks.. I'm so spoiled by the 3 Super Walmarts in my hometown (population 20,000, btw..)

I too will have a car. TLS friends are welcome to tag along for grocery runs.

The school is not very car friendly if you get there after about 8:30am (parking is hard). But if you live downtown, I recommend a car and just get to school early or get a parking spot in the school garage. The two grocery stores in HP suck for the most part. South Loop has Dominicks, Whole Foods, Jewel Osco. And Loop has a Trader Joes.

Pay for parking at regents. My wife really wants to have a car along and she's willing to pay for the parking so I'm down with it.

Regents offers parking, but it's like $155 a month

I've seen it available for around $50-75 at other places nearby, which is what makes me think Regents is a tad bit overpriced in general.

Lol the one plus of city living for me is ditching my car. I'd LOVE to. I'd pay $155/month to NOT drive the damn thing.
