It looks like a ton of TLSers are heading to Chicago. It's in the top 3 most populated schools so far, along with Michigan and UVA: http://top-law-schools.com/forums/viewt ... 5#p4304455JFo wrote:Afcanoe, I think you made the RIGHT choice in choosing Chicago.
Looks like UVA has the most (15) then Michigan (12) and Chicago (11).

Yeah, although I wonder if Chicago may have a high yield this year and over-enroll like last year. It wouldn't surprise me at all.Xifeng wrote:<3 <3 <3 <3JFo wrote:

And 11/180 is a pretty massive percentage for our class

Maybe they were being more careful this year? With the tons of extra scholarship $$ making people more likely to enroll and WLing EVERYONE who applied later, maybe they can avoid it?

True, it'll be interesting to see how this plays out.Xifeng wrote:Maybe they were being more careful this year? With the tons of extra scholarship $$ making people more likely to enroll and WLing EVERYONE who applied later, maybe they can avoid it?

I am absolutely the wrong person to intervene in a situation like this. If anything, I would encourage you to buy the pretty cabinet knobs...Xifeng wrote:I can't stop looking at pretty cabinet knobs. I need an intervention

Nothing wrong with bookmarking them! I actually DID buy my pretty dresser knobs before purchasing said dresser...but, hey - it all worked out in the end. Preemptive purchase: justified. See? I'm totally the wrong person to intervene here.Xifeng wrote:The only thing that's stopping me is telling myself that I should at least see what KIND of cabinets I buy so I know what size to get. Will that stop me from bookmarking them? Absolutely not.afcanoe wrote:I am absolutely the wrong person to intervene in a situation like this. trudat15, you don't want to come to our cupcake/wine/decorating/furniture-assembly party?
I'll come with beer for the cupcakes. And furniture assembly. I'm not so sure about pretty knobs being in my future. Unless there's a Hello Kitty one. Then I'm all over that.Dany wrote:trudat, pretty things are important!!!
