My dream school wants a phone interview w me - tips?

I go to an unranked and have a solid B average. I've worked in the same law firm for almost 7 years now (and have continued to do so - I go to school at night), I raise two small kids, and I have a husband who works weekends. I never, ever thought my solid B average would land me so much as the slightest consideration with my dream school (they're tier 1). But, they offered me a phone interview, set for sometime next week.
I need all the help and pointers I can get. And all the luck. And thoughts and prayers lol
What can I do to make them see that their school is a better fit for me? I have a job lined up post-graduation/licensing with the firm I'm at now if it makes a difference.
