I guess that means they received all of my forms that were due today.
Mine reads the same. I still might call tomorrow to verify they have received everything.

w00t, they got my reg. paperwork. Also inked the lease at Tailor Lofts and got the Law School Without Fear in the mail ...

has anyone bought the law books yet? I ordered one on amazon.com, but one of my books isn't in stock ANYWHERE. Any idea where else I can look? Figure I'd post here to see.

I haven't reveived the course booklist yet. Should I be concerned or did you just get it?

I JUST received it! I wouldn't be concerned....but you can also go to the incoming class website and they have a reading list and book list for the start of classes posted there :) You should get it sometime this week in the mail!

Just a heads-up in case your course book list didn't list any books for legal research and writing (mine only mentions the summer reading book - chapter 13), I went to the Chicago-Kent bookstore today to grab my books and in front of the counter there are two stacks of books and a sign that says that all first year students are required to buy two books for legal research and writing. I got them both and they are the following:
ALWD Citation Manual by Darby Dickerson, ISBN 978-0-7355-8930-8
The Process of Legal Research by Kunz et al., ISBN 978-0-7355-6977-5

Just thought I'd pass it on since the mailing that I received didn't mention either book. I suppose there is the chance that I misread the sign or that each section does not require them, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Thanks roofles. I went to the bookstore and picked up my books (Section C: Contracting Law, Criminal Law, supplemental packet for criminal law) but didn't see those books ... will have to head back to the bookstore over the weekend and grab them.

There is a facebook homepage :/ It's not updated daily or anything, but they do use it to communicate with us.

Nice! I lived in St. Petersburg--connected to Tampa, two hours from orlando :) I went to UCF undergrad
