Desmarais v Quinn (NYC Patent Litigation)
Confident I want to do patent litigation. Want early experience, to stay in big law for a long time, and possibly clerk. Concerns about Desmarais are lack of clarity re hours given the no billable hours requirement, supposedly discretionary bonuses, and stability of the practice being very patent centric.
