Current Nashville Pay Scale
Does anyone know the current pay scale in Nashville for the top regional firms (Bass, Baker and Bradley) and national firms (HK and K&L Gates).

May be slightly dated but my understanding is 185k for the B squad and H&K and K&L were also at 185k first and the Bs matched. Obviously, blackbox and more compression at Bass Berry, Baker Donelson etc. Can't speak to seniors at the national firms.

That may not influence the local market until they get more lawyers in Nashville. Right now it looks to only be a handful.
