Please Help, "R4 - Missing transcripts / No institutions submitted"

I have already requested my transcript from my undergrad university and it was already received my LSAC as stated on my profile. I bought the CAS package today and applied for several law schools,
Yet there is a hold stating this,
"R4 - Missing transcripts / No institutions submitted"
i'm very confused as to why this popped up, has anyone else gone through this before?? Im very confused on what i'm supposed to do now, please help.

Have you tried asking LSAC?
