LOCI for CLS hold?
How can I write an effective LOCI if I don't have any updates to my activities etc. to add? Should I just mention that it's "a top choice," or my top choice, and explain why I think it'd be a good fit? Would anyone be willing to look over a draft? I know it's probably unlikely I'll get in now that I've been held, but as I understand it my chances are better than they would've been had I been placed in the reserve category.

Hold doesn't mean you're waitlisted. Did you do a why CLS statement? If you didn't, you can submit one, just show you've worked on familiarizing yourself with the school, don't make it sound too generic to actually help you

I didn't. I think I read somewhere, when I was working on my apps, that a school of CLS' caliber wouldn't really see as "Why X" statement as necessary, so I didn't do any for schools that seemed like reaches. Perhaps that was a mistake, in hindsight. Thanks... I will be trying to submit it ASAP.antelope wrote:Hold doesn't mean you're waitlisted. Did you do a why CLS statement?
