Do you need to fill out separate forms for need based money or do they determine it from your fasfa?

Most schools have a separate form, check with the schools.

Depends on when you are accepted. If any of your schools have special forms of their own or want you to do the NeedAccess form I would get started now because some schools have deadlines of mid Feb. or beginning of Mar.
