PR Female 3.2/170 -- Need advice on retake

Hi everyone,
I'm currently in my final year at university, and it looks like my LSAC GPA is going to be around a 3.2. I've taken the LSAT once and scored 170. I'm going to be working for two years between undergrad and law school, and wasn't sure how to proceed from here.
Would it be worth it for me to retake the LSAT in a year or so and then apply, or is my GPA too low? Would my URM status help at all, and if so, how much? I'm just trying to plan ahead and figure out whether I should still aim for law school, or if my GPA will keep me from that.
Thanks for the help!
