I'm an african american male with a LSAT ranges within the 164-167 range. My gpa is around a 3.62.
I've taught English in South America
Study abroad/internship with Scottish Parliament
Law internship with human rights in Ghana(Africa)
Can speak creole
Can anyone help me on my chances at the University of Pennsylvania law, Virginia or Duke law?

In at all of those even with the low end of that estimate. If you would like to shoot 'higher' I would say you are in everywhere but HYS, and would have a shot at HS (especially H).

Don't worry about your chances until you have an LSAT score. If you're testing in that range, there's a good chance you'll end up scoring below that, which would change your chances entirely. If your target is that range, you want to be testing 166-169 to be sure to make those numbers
If you've already scored within that range, you've got a good shot, but even then, you're not an auto-admit -- you still need to translate your experiences into compelling essays. Good lucK!

Have you actually taken the LSAT or are those just guesses of how you'll do based on practice tests?

if you score between a 164-167, you'll in all likelihood get into those schools.
break 168 and you're looking at HYS. good luck.
